Join us for a nurturing 5-day mini-retreat experience, available during the spring and autumn months, and as scheduled in our calendar.
The program includes a beautiful blend of daily morning yoga sadhana followed by a delicious and nutritious breakfast, optional daily outings to places of interest, and plenty of dedicated free time to explore and enjoy yourself, filling your batteries in whatever way you like.
A warm and nurturing homemade dinner awaits you in the evenings, followed by a soothing meditation session, and quiet time to reflect and reset before settling for a deep night's sleep.
Holistic TLC services, such as Reiki and Bioenergy treatments or tarot-inspired life-coaching sessions can be booked a la carte should you desire specialized holistic care during your stay.

Wind & Air is an cosy little stone cottage suitable for up to 3 people featuring a private balcony, two adjacent bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Room 5 is a lovely twin room with a private balcony overlooking the village surroundings.
