I'm completely new to yoga or haven't practiced for a very long time and am not very fit, is your program suitable?
It is ideal to have a minimum of 10 recent yoga classes & to be generally fit in order to fully participate.

I have health issues, can I still participate in the program?
We recommend attending the retreat when you in good health and any serious health issues that could affect your ability to participate must be disclosed and discussed with us prior to booking your stay.

I'm passing through Hvar / staying in another hotel, can I stop by for a class, treatment, meal, etc.?
We are unable to provide services on a casual basis during the busy summer months, though options may be possible in spring and autumn.

Can my friend /partner/child, who is not able/interested in participating in the program, join me on retreat?
We give priority bookings to fully-participating retreat members, though we are open to discussing your particular request.

I can't stay for the full program length... can I sign up anyway?
Our program is conceptualized to take our guests on a complete body-mind-spirit journey from start to finish, therefore priority booking is given to those who are able to attend the full program.

What is your smoking/alcohol policy at the retreat?
A retreat is intended to provide a safe space to detoxify and release unhealthy lifestyle habits. Please make a commitment to refrain from smoking, drinking, or taking recreational drugs during retreat time.

What should I pack?
We recommend that you bring: comfortable yoga clothes and activewear for various kinds of weather, comfortable walking shoes, 2 swimming suits (May- October), a sarong or beach towel, mosquito repellant, a refillable water bottle, a journal, earplugs, a flashlight, personal toiletries, and appropriate travel Insurance.
You may also want to bring your own travel yoga mat, though you may use our yoga kit free of charge, provided it is properly cared for and washed down by you prior to departure.

How much pocket money should I bring for lunch & other free time activities not included in the program package price?
