Grape Harvest

12 - 25 September, 2010

Grapes and wine are an ancient symbol of fertility, joy, healing and vitality. Wine represents the" Blood of Life" and the alchemical process of infusing the creative, intoxicating spirit into matter. Wine is used in the sacred rites of many civilizations, representing the presence of the Divine Spirit on earth.

This week, we'll be harvesting grapes from our vineyard in the Stari Grad plain. We'll introduce both old and new methods of grape production, and celebrate the many wonderful qualities this delicious fruit evokes in us. Participants will also receive a special gift of a complimentary bottle of local wine and an array of special memories to take home, as well.
